Tristan Bagala is the Senior Manager of Business Development & Special Projects at New Orleans & Company and serves as the official Focal Point for New Orleans’s UNESCO Creative City of Music designation. After leading the four-year strategic effort to secure the prestigious international title in 2025, he now directs the initiative’s ongoing programming, global partnerships, and cross-cultural artist exchanges. At New Orleans & Company, Tristan spearheads cultural tourism initiatives and strategic partnerships designed to elevate and sustain the city’s creative economy.
