Kelsea is a passionate advocate for Louisiana’s music and cultural economy, with experience supporting initiatives that strengthen the state’s creative industries, music infrastructure, and artist communities. Her work has included advancing music-focused policy and economic development efforts, supporting statewide cultural initiatives, and helping position music as a driver of economic development, tourism, workforce development, and regional identity. Through leadership roles in public administration and cultural development, she has collaborated with artists, nonprofits, government agencies, and industry stakeholders to elevate Louisiana’s music ecosystem and support long-term investment in the creative economy. McCrary is a vocalist and award-winning choreographer, dancing and singing for over 30 years.
