Courtney Oertel leads the Nashville office of Invasion Group and Righteous Babe Records. Her background spans artist management, arts administration, and nonprofit development. Courtney holds a Master’s of Music Business from Berklee College of Music and is deeply committed to artist development for independent musicians, working closely with each client to build sustainable, long-term careers. She also manages Invasion Group’s marketing department and supports the company’s business development and A&R efforts. Her roster includes John Driskell Hopkins of Zac Brown Band and Sweet Petunia, and she co-leads the management teams for Ani DiFranco and Rissi Palmer.
