Beth Pepper is Chief Operating Officer of Black Promoters Collective and BPC Music Group, giving her a distinctive perspective across the live and recorded sides of the music industry. At Black Promoters Collective, an independent live entertainment company recognized as a Top 10 promoter by Pollstar and Billboard in 2026, she leads operational strategy across a portfolio of national tours, festivals, and more than 200 concerts and events annually.
Beth produces two of the country’s most celebrated culturally rooted festivals: Jazz in the Gardens in Miami Gardens, Florida, named one of America’s top festivals by Newsweek, and the Hampton Jazz & Music Festival, a Virginia tradition dating back to 1968. Her expertise lies in building the teams, systems, partnerships, and operating infrastructure that transform ambitious creative ideas into successful audience experiences while positioning legacy events for continued growth.
As COO of BPC Music Group, Beth oversees the independent record label’s operations, technology, human resources, and partner relationships. Her work includes supporting releases such as B2K’s “Mileage” and Bow Wow and Chris Brown’s “Use Me.” Through this dual role, she connects recorded music with national touring and festival platforms to expand artist reach, deepen fan engagement, and create new revenue opportunities.
Beth previously held leadership roles at General Electric, JPMorgan Chase, and Bread Financial and is co-founder of Lakeith Entertainment. She has spoken at FestForums, VenuesNow, and the NIVA National Conference on festival operations, organizational transformation, AI adoption, and scaling live entertainment companies.
