Chef Patrick Mould has contributed much to the cooking and cultural landscape that is Southwest Louisiana. In addtion to his work behind the stove, he has been the VP of Programming and Development for Festivals Acadiens et Créoles the largest Cajun and Zydeco music festival in the US or abroad for 34 years. The festival has highlighted the unique music, food, art and French language of the region every October for the past 52 years!
