Ryan Chavez is Managing Partner of Imprinted, with two decades of experience across live events, recorded music, television and artist management. He began as an early member of HUKA Entertainment, helping build award-winning festivals including Hangout, Pemberton and Tortuga as the company rose to rank among the world’s top 50 promoters. He has executive-produced records featuring Lil Wayne and Big Freedia, written original music for Space Jam: A New Legacy, and managed artists including Pussy Riot, X-Cetra and Boyfriend. During the pandemic, he co-founded EasyTesting, which redeployed live entertainment workers as frontline responders and grew from work with NIVA and YouTube into mass government testing contracts. Today, Imprinted’s Venture Studio builds the companies the industry has been missing, including Stagecare, FASE and AskMGMT. He also teaches music industry studies at Loyola University New Orleans.
