Knightscope Entertainment, CEO & Executive Producer

Christopher L. Roberts is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated from the prestigious St. Augustine High School and he attended Delgado Community College, where he received an Associates Degree in Mass Communications.  Mr. Roberts continued to pursue his education by attending the University of New Orleans (UNO). During his stay at UNO, Christopher received a fellowship to attend the film/television/radio/print program at the University of California in Los Angeles.  Upon completing his fellowship at UCLA, Mr. Roberts returned back to New Orleans to pursue his career.  Christopher began his professional career with Cox Communications as an Independent Producer and Filmmaker.

The art of film and music has always been the life long pursuit of Christopher Roberts.  Starting from his early days as the drum major for St. Augustine High School and a popular member of a Mobile Disc Jockey group known as the “Jam Patrol”, Christopher began to sharpen his skills in photography, production, writing, music and filming.

In the early nineties, Christopher noticed that there was a new sound of music originating out of New Orleans known as the “Bounce”.   This underground music, which was blasting in the local New Orleans club scene and in the street had no platform for mainstream exposure.  The artists were underserved by the local radio stations and were often left to their own devices to seek out promotion and interest in their music.

Christopher decided to organize a production company known as Knightscope Entertainment, Inc. to assist young emerging artists in their quest to attract major record labels.   “Phat Phat n’ All That” television program grew out of the need to provide artists with a platform to display their music, sound, lifestyle and videos to a wider listening audience. “Phat Phat n’ All That” has grown into a cultural phenomenon.  Its influence is felt throughout its viewing audience.  The many requests by artists and viewers for “Phat Phat n’ All That” to be shown in other U.S. southern cities, is an example of the quality of the show, relationships with its clients, and its viewers.

Under the leadership direction of Christopher L. Roberts, Knightscope Entertainment, Inc. has produced television programs, documentaries, music videos, films, commercials and public service announcements since 1998.
