Lou Hill is a New Orleans drummer, vocalist, songwriter, producer, and creative visionary whose career is rooted in the power of live music. As the founder, drummer, vocalist, and songwriter for Billboard-charting funk band Water Seed, Hill has spent years creating, recording, and performing a progressive blend of funk, soul, R&B, rock, and New Orleans rhythm on stages across the country. A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, his musicianship and songwriting serve as the foundation for his work as creator and producer of Journey to Funkstar: The Future Funk Opera, where music, storytelling, animation, and technology collide.
