Drè Durant is a Festival Operations Consultant and Premium Experience Strategist with over 20 years of expertise in live events, festivals, and luxury hospitality. His career spans iconic festivals including Coachella, Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza, Essence Festival, Rolling Loud, Voodoo Music + Arts Experience, New Orleans Film Festival as well as luxury hospitality venues across New Orleans including Ace Hotel, Hyatt Regency, and House of Blues.
A New Orleans native, Drè has spent two decades refining high-touch guest services, operational strategy, and premium experience design, working closely with major promoters including AEG, Live Nation, C3 Presents, and 100x Hospitality.
Drè is a vocal advocate for harm reduction, mental health awareness, and substance-free programming in live events. He is the founder of Premium Ascension, a consulting practice focused on elevating guest experiences and integrating harm reduction into festival design.
Drè is a graduate of Tulane University and lives in New Orleans with his husband.
