With more than two decades of experience across Leadership Development, Learning & Development, and Organizational Change Management — including transformative work within Fortune 500 environments and collaborations with companies such as Microsoft — Brittany brings a rare blend of executive strategy, emotional intelligence, and creative direction to the entertainment industry.

Brittany holds a Master’s degree in Learning Technologies and Human Resource Development from Drexel University and certifications in DISC, Change Management (CCMP), and Master Instructional Design.
