Submit Your Idea

Have a topic, conversation, or big idea you want to see on stage? We’re now accepting panel submissions through May 15, 2026.

From the future of music tech to the realities of the working artist, from community-driven movements to industry innovation—we’re looking for ideas that spark dialogue and move the culture forward.

We’re especially drawn to sessions that feel intentional and alive: fresh perspectives, diverse voices, and real-world insight that attendees can actually take with them. Whether it’s a panel, workshop, interview, or something more interactive, we’re open to formats that create meaningful exchange—not just talk.

When submitting, please include:

  • A clear session title and description
  • Key themes or takeaways
  • Proposed speakers (if applicable)
  • Session format and structure

Our programming team reviews submissions with an eye toward originality, relevance, and how each session contributes to a more connected, collaborative music ecosystem.

Artists, industry professionals, and culture-builders—we want to hear from you!
