Her background in Audio Production at Howard University laid the foundation for her early work in radio and music curation, where she forged dynamic relationships between music executives and creatives long before stepping into the Sync space. Since 2022, Sierra has worked hands-on in the sync licensing industry, most recently as a Licensing Coordinator for Heavy Hitters Music, where she contributed to placements across major broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, FOX) and premium platforms (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney). With the launch of The Source Sync Group, she’s built a premium non-exclusive sync catalog that champions fresh sound, forward-thinking collaborations, and artistic integrity. Sierra’s vision is rooted in authenticity, fearless storytelling, and creating meaningful access points for artists looking to make their mark in film, television, and beyond.
