Since 2022, Sierra has worked hands-on in the sync licensing industry, most recently as a Licensing Coordinator for Heavy Hitters Music, where she contributed to placements across major broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, FOX) and premium platforms (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Disney). With the launch of The Source Sync Group, she’s built a premium non-exclusive sync catalog that champions fresh sound, forward-thinking collaborations, and artistic integrity. Sierra’s vision is rooted in authenticity, fearless storytelling, and creating meaningful access points for artists looking to make their mark in film, television, and beyond.
