Sharon Lee serves as the driving force behind High Road Inc., a trailblazing trucking company that supports the live music and touring industry.
As the founding partner of High Road, Sharon brings two decades of experience in logistics management and sales. Her leadership has guided the company’s growth, grounded in the philosophy, “No road is long with good company.”
Known for its artist-focused, employee-driven ethos, High Road reflects Sharon’s personal values and her deep desire to contribute meaningfully to the touring world. High Road has supported a wide range of artists across genres, including Andy Grammer, Meshuggah, The Driver Era, Dropkick Murphys, IU, H.E.R., Wynonna, and many more.
High Road is now part of the Concert Logistique family of companies, alongside their flagship brand, Truck’N Roll.
Sharon has spoken at several touring industry events, including Live Production Summit and Production Live, and is a frequent guest host on The Business Side of Music. She actively supports industry growth through her involvement with the Country Music Association, Women in Music, and the Academy of Country Music, and serves on the board of ECCHO Live (formerly Touring Career Workshop).
Sharon and her husband live outside Nashville, TN, and are parents to six adult children and one teenager.
