As the owner of RajiWorld, a certified SLBE, WBE & DBE, and HUB company, Roggie Baer has demonstrated balance by combining the benefits of new technology with the timeless skills of human creativity, empathy, and leadership. She created RajiWorld in 1991 to fill a void between major label tour departments and developing artists on the road. Her strong communication and analytical skills, coupled with her ability to troubleshoot complex issues in real-time, have consistently delivered results at conferences, festivals, and corporate events.
Roggie’s diverse background includes roles as Operations and Membership Director at Austin Saengerrunde, as well as Partnership Development Director at The Khabele School. With a Bachelor of Science candidacy in Chemistry and as Entertainment Director at the University of Arizona, leading booking for up to 100,000 fans, she offers a unique blend of expertise and strategic insight.
A highly requested panelist and speaker since 1993, Roggie frequently speaks on issues that face women in music, independent artists and mental health and safety.
