Suzette Toledano

Toledano Entertainment and Arts Law

Suzette Toledano of Toledano Entertainment and Arts Law maintains a transactional intellectual property law practice, located above the House of Blues in New Orleans, with emphasis on licensing, copyright, trademark, rights of publicity, cannabis branding, visual art and music. She co-developed the real estate where the prototype House of Blues is located, resulting in the creation of a Vieux Carre Entertainment District.

Venturing into the cannabis space in August of 2015, Suzette provides intellectual property legal services to a music celebrity branding client for the cannabis branding rights of Willie Nelson (Willie’s Reserve) and The Grateful Dead. 

Representative clients include: The National World War II Museum, the Louisiana Children’s Museum, JAMNOLA, 2019 Miss America, Camille Schrier, whose social impact initiative was responsible use of prescription drugs, “The Pharmacist,” Dan Schneider, whose 4-part series premiered on Netflix in February 2020, Digital Artist and creator of NFTs, Android Jones, and various music industry artists and businesses.

Proud to have served as a Board Member of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and Foundation, Inc. for almost 20 years, Suzette’s civic involvement includes multiple past terms of serving on the boards of non-profit arts, education, real estate, women’s business and healthcare non-profit organizations. Suzette is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and has been designated as a Super Lawyer.
