As President and Chief Operating Officer of Festival Productions, Inc. of New Orleans, Eugenié “EJ” Encalarde has extensive experience as the Coordinating Producer of The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, the world’s foremost, one-of-a-kind, large-scale music event. She works with multi-generational teams across all organizational levels. Encalarde is also a certified strengths coach, teaming facilitator, and university B-School lecturer with over 30 years of project management experience.
