Tatiana Ferrer

by Christine Auten

Tatiana Ferrer, whose passionate and progressive approach to supporting independent artists, began as student at Berklee College of Music. She is a contemporary violinist, music producer and artist manager.

Though her production and business skills were honed at Berklee, her contemporary music formation began as a young violist at the LA County High School for the Arts where she developed a love for jazz alongside her passion for classical music. Accepted into Berklee in 2006, Tatiana majored in both Music Business and Contemporary Writing & Production.

After graduating in 2010, she began working with Afro-Cuban jazz pianist Dayramir Gonzalez, with whom she co-produced his US debut album “The Grand Concourse,” which was named one of the Top 40 jazz albums of 2018 by Downbeat magazine. As a manager, she’s secured artist features in the Wall Street Journal, Fox Latino, NPR, and organized multiple artist tours in the US and Europe.

In 2022, Tatiana expanded her management roster to include engineers and producers, representing and advocating for women and people of color in the tech world of the music industry.
