Max Hass

Max Hass is an entertainment attorney and litigator based in New Orleans. With roots in New York and Colorado, Max is a Tulane Law alum (2015) and bassist who is passionate about advocating for artists and helping them protect and build their businesses. He has taught workshops for artists since 2014, and has served as a guest lecturer at universities all over the country, including Tulane, UNO, University of Colorado, and more. In his law practice, Max represents musicians, songwriters, producers, filmmakers, writers, photographers, and more – assisting with negotiating contracts, enforcing copyrights, recovering unpaid royalties, and advising on business growth strategies.
