With a passion for music and finance – Chicago bred, Lovera ‘Love’ Graham has spent over fifteen years cultivating her talents to be the financial soundboard amongst a thriving community of artists. She began her career in 2007 as a Talent Manager, and by 2010, Studio Manager for Grammy Award Winning Recording Studio, Classick Studios. In 2012 she started her career in banking as a Licensed Banker and Small Business Relationship Manager with Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase. After nearly 8 years in banking, she decided to use her knowledge of financial services to help artists build sustainable careers. The Pandemic presented an opportunity to jump into action and help her artist community survive during an economic crisis. Using her financial knowledge, she was able to help artists become tax- compliant, file for unemployment, and access emergency funding during a time when many artists were uncertain about their future. Her imprint, Q&Q MGMT LLC, launched shortly after – providing Business Management and Financial Planning to artists. Some of her recent accomplishments include Business Managing the sold-out Luv Is 4Ever Tour with Smino and J.I.D. She has also earned a position as an Advisor for NOLA based Music Tech start-up, DAWn Audio. Love believes that equity is key and continues to strive to present and create opportunities that will allow artists to have ownership in every aspect of their business.
