Klervaé Stinson, M.A.

Klervaé Stinson, M.A., is an arts administrator dedicated to cultivating sustainable opportunities for New Orleans’ creative community. She began her career in 2018 as the Cultural Programming Assistant with the New Orleans Recreation Development Commission (NORD), supporting citywide arts initiatives that celebrated the city’s diverse
cultural heritage.

A proud graduate of Grambling State University, Klervaé earned a B.A. in Theatre Arts— training in acting and theatre management—before completing an M.A. in Arts Administration at the University of New Orleans. Her academic and professional path deepened her commitment to strengthening nonprofit capacity and advancing equitable support for artists and cultural organizations.

Since joining the New Orleans Tourism and Cultural Foundation (NOTCF) in 2021, Klervaé has advanced from Office Coordinator to Senior Program Director, helping shape the Foundation’s grants and programming portfolio. She has supported the distribution of millions of dollars through over 2,000 grants to local artists, cultural bearers, and organizations. She develops workshops that build entrepreneurial skills and long-term sustainability. Klervaé’s work reinforces NOTCF’s mission to nurture and invest in the full spectrum of New Orleans’ cultural economy—spanning the culinary, visual, literary,
preservation, entertainment, and design sectors that define the city’s creative identity.
