Kim Espinoza Schexnayder is a New Orleans Metro area Realtor with Mirambell Realty, her mission is helping people turn their dreams into reality! Whether it’s first-time homebuyers or those looking for their forever spot, Kim is all about making the American Dream of homeownership come true – including the vibrant Spanish-speaking community who she proudly serves. She’s a dedicated community leader, always ready to roll up her sleeves and give back. As a board member of several organizations like the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana, the Rotary Club of Kenner, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
One of her proudest accomplishments? Helping to organize community events and festivals that bring people together and celebrate culture. Kim serves on the executive committee of the Dia de los Muertos Festival, hosted by the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Louisiana Young Professionals. This year marks her 3rd year being a part of this festival, which has grown tremendously in just the last 2 years.
Kim is passionate about helping others in every way she can – whether it’s through real estate or community service, she’s always working to make a positive impact!
