Jack Miele


Jack Miele is a highly accomplished and in-demand producer, engineer, musician, and composer with 30 years of experience in the music industry. He has played a pivotal role in crafting some of the most celebrated records of the past two decades. Records that he has worked on have earned a 12x Platinum certification, 15 Top 10 Billboard records, and two billion streams worldwide, along with a Grammy win, five Grammy-nominated albums, an Emmy win, and a Juno nomination. Miele’s diverse portfolio includes production and/or engineering for such artists as Rod Stewart, Dr. John, Yungblud, Zac Brown Band, Jamie Foxx, Chris Stapleton, Steel Pulse, Cee Lo Green, Steve Vai, Blues Traveler, Aloe Blacc, Rickie Lee Jones, Lettuce, Marc Broussard, and Trombone Shorty, as well as acclaimed filmmaker David Fincher.

Jack has owned and/or operated some of New Orleans’ most respected recording facilities, including Fudge Recording Studio, The Music Shed, Columbia Street Studios and Truck Farm Studio. He currently runs his own production company and private studio, Jack Miele Productions LTD.

Beyond the studio, Jack has been an active touring musician for 25 years as a guitarist with The Molly Ringwalds, and has been a live guitarist for Michael McDonald, Yungblud, and Chapel Hart. His expertise and dedication continue to shape the sound of modern music, solidifying his reputation as one of the industry’s most sought-after talents.

Miele has also done production, engineering, sound design, original songwriting, and/or composing on a variety of films and television shows, including The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Vampire Academy, Killer Joe, Maserati: The Brothers, The Family Guy, Married to Jonas, The Real Housewives of New York, Anthony Bourdain’s The Layover, Steven Seagal: Lawman, and Toddlers & Tiaras. He was also the New Orleans Unit Music Producer for American Horror Story.
