Davorio Stevenson is the Executive Venture Partner at Boot64 Ventures, a newly found firm that looks to invest into the Louisiana startups and entrepreneurs and Manager of Economic Inclusion for a Regional Economic Development Organization.
Prior to those roles, Davorio garnered private market experience as Director of Investment Operations at a $27 Billion public pension fund. In 2013, Davorio covered private assets (venture capital, private equity, real estate, commodities, etc.) as an Investment Analyst Intern for the public pension’s Private Asset Team. Davorio is an investment professional with interest in Private Markets (Venture Capital and Private Equity), Real Asset Valuation, Corporate Finance, Economics, and Institutional Investing. He is an alumnus of Southern University (Bachelor of Science in Accounting as a full- paid Honors College Scholar). He is also a graduate of the E.J. Ourso College of Business at Louisiana State University where he received his Masters of Science in Finance. As an undergraduate student, he held leadership positions, i.e., Chapter President of his fraternal organization. At LSU, he was a leading member of the Masters Student Finance Association – a group that’s main objective is to connect the professional student organization with the leaders of the financial world. Notably, he is also a candidate of the CFA Institute’s Charter Financial Analyst program – the most recognized finance credential in the world.
