Daniel Rowland is an LA-based audio engineer, educator, and tech executive. He holds both a B.S and M.F.A. in Music Technology, and is currently Head of Strategy and Partnerships at LANDR, co-founder of Audiotool, and longtime instructor at MTSU.
He has produced the music for an Oscar-winning Pixar film (“Piper”); and mastered multiplatinum/Grammy-nominated projects, with artists including Nine Inch Nails, Seal, Phillip Glass, David Foster, Gayle, Gucci Mane, Burna Boy, and Adrian Belew, along with soundtracks for Star Wars, Marvel, John Wick, and others.
Daniel has helped grow LANDR to 5 million users, refining their AI mastering engine, plugins, and creator ecosystem, while crafting partnerships with leading brands and labels.
Most recently, Daniel cofounded Immersive Mixers, focusing on mixing for Atmos, with projects including YG/Ty Dolla $ign, Nina Simone, Amari White, Flo Rida, The Jackson 5, and Jeremih.
